"My new Carrier units have made a significant difference in the comfort in my home. My original Carrier units lasted 20 years, which I believe was due to the annual maintenance by Rick’s services.
I expected to have to replace my 20 year old units, but what I did not expect, and was very pleased with, was the services provided by Rick’s personnel. I’ve spent over 20 years in my home and have had numerous contractors (roofing, painting, driveway repairs, landscaping etc.) work on my property and those experiences were not pleasant and made me nervous and skeptical, particularly when making a major investment on features like A/C units.
When Nelson responded to my request for an estimate on replacing my old units it was the very next day and he met me at exactly the time agreed upon. He was very pleasant and courteous. I was impressed with how thoroughly Rick’s inspected my current A/C system to ensure proper sizing of the new units, upgrades, and maintenance that may be required on the existing ductwork. I felt very comfortable with Rick’s recommendations for the new units and Nelsons explanation of their various features and benefits. The personnel who installed the units were courteous, clean, and efficient, and never made a mark when replacing the air handler in the attic and finished up in less than a day. The workmanship was excellent. A contractor who does exactly what he says he is going to do, and does it very well, is not the norm and I thank you and your personnel for that.
I was also very pleased with Nelsons follow-up after the sale and his assistance with filling out the rebate forms. All I had to do was go on the computer, provide a few numbers and information which Nelson provided me, and I had my rebate in 8 days deposited directly into my bank account. It doesn’t get any better then that!
